The term “blink” or “us” or “we” refers to the owners of the website whose registered office is Colman House, Station Road, Knowle, Solihull. B93 0HL. 

Our company registration number is 10737574, and we are registered in England. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of the website.



We make every effort to ensure all products are in stock, but in the event of us not having your chosen product we will call or email you and offer either a refund or arrange a later delivery if possible.

Credit Card orders are processed securely by Paypal, blink does not handle any credit card data for orders placed online.

Paypal does not require you to sign up or share your card details.

If you would like to speak to a member of staff, we can accept orders over the phone - 01326 210009.

We can still accept postal orders accompanied by a cheque. Cheques will not be cashed until your goods are ready to be dispatched.

Where available always check the dimensions of the listed product, images may not be to scale. 

Colours are reproduced as accurately as possible, however, as with all photography, there may be some slight variation.

Please do not hesitate to call or email us with any queries on a product if needed! We're happy to help.


Delivery within the UK will be First Class with Royal Mail (next day service with DPD can be arranged - please email or call us).

Postage is by weight, Royal Mail costs will start from £0.98. These costs apply to mainland U.K. and there may be surcharges for elsewhere.

We aim to process orders on the same day where possible, during busier periods we may take longer - up to one working week. 

Please note that we are closed on Sundays.

We do not add any extra charge for packing, where possible we recycle all the packaging we receive.


We welcome international orders. 

Delivery charges will be added before payment is taken. International shipping is calculated volumetrically, so is determined by the size and the weight of the package.

Please contact us with any specific queries regarding international ordering. 

Please include a telephone number on International orders, as local couriers will need to contact you.

Please note that overseas customers may be eligible to pay local customs or duty charges; these are not included in your payment to us.

Please allow up to two weeks for delivery of International Orders.


In the unfortunate event that you are not happy with your purchase, we can offer a refund/credit note or an exchange. 

We do ask that the item is returned in a saleable condition. We are unable to reimburse postage costs for returned goods.
